1. Definitions

• "Rentouri" refers to Rentouri Sp. z o.o. and all its products and services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person accessing or using Rentouri.
• "Rental Provider" refers to businesses offering equipment or services via Rentouri.
• "Customer" refers to individuals renting equipment or services via Rentouri.

2. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Rentouri.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and when using the platform.
• Rentouri may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Rental Agreements

• Rentouri connects customers with local rental providers. We are not a party to the rental contract between the two.
• All bookings, cancellations, and returns are subject to the terms set by the Rental Provider.
• Customers and providers are solely responsible for the transactions and any disputes that arise.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
• Rentouri may charge a service fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Refunds are handled according to the Rental Provider's cancellation policy unless otherwise stated.

5. User Responsibilities

• Do not misuse or damage rental equipment.
• Do not attempt to hack, overload, or interfere with Rentouri systems.
• Respect local laws, regulations, and the terms set by rental providers.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and technology on Rentouri is the property of Rentouri or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without permission.

7. Disclaimers

• Rentouri is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or reliability of listings or providers.
• Rentouri is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged rental items.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Rentouri is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Rentouri in the last 12 months.

9. Modifications

• We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes.
• Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, unless otherwise agreed.
